Please be aware we have a $50 before shipping minimum for all orders. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum, the difference will be charged to make the order $50.

Please note your parts multiplier may differ from your heater multiplier. If unsure of the correct multiplier, please contact customer service.

If the part is under warranty, please send us a no charge PO for the item, along with the model and serial number for verification. For help determining if the part is still under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Page. The date of production can be determined from the first 6 digits of the serial number (yymmdd).
